Our Founders
Megan and Robert met while they were both serving in the United States Air Force. They got married in 2019 and officially launched The Cat's MeWow in 2023. Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. Robert is an Air Force retiree and Harvard Business School alumni with a passion for entrepreneurship.
Chief Product Development Officer
Winston joined our team in 2016. He came to us from the Oahu Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals where he had no experience (he was a kitten). Winston has extensive experience in testing beds, scratchers, catnip, treats, and cat toys. He is researching ways to make elusive laser lights catchable.
Chief Quality Control Officer
Toothless had four years of experience when she left the Oahu Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to join our team in 2018. She requires a specialized diet to manage some medical issues (don't worry, she is happy and healthy). These restrictions have made her an expert in ingredient and product quality.
Chief Scheduling Officer
Lily is our newest member of the senior management team. She joined us in August of 2024. Lily insists that our operations follow her schedule.
